UK Shipping

  • A standard rate of £3.95 via Royal Mail is applied. All orders are sent with 48 hour tracked within the UK.
  • UK Standard Shipping is on us when you spend over £200. (48 hour tracked)
  • We also now offer an express delivery option if you need your items sooner via Royal Mail which will be sent with 24 hour recorded tracked within the UK. This is at a rate of £7.95.
  • We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made.
  • Please do take extra care when ordering.

Returns

We really hope you love everything you order from us but if it's not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. To be eligible for a return please ensure our items are in the same perfect condition as you received them, unworn and with tags attached. If your item is not returned in an unworn condition, we will not be able to accept the return and your item will be returned to you.

After 14 days have passed we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please complete the returns form that is included with your order and send it back with your items. Return delivery address will be on the return form.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange for another size or style then please email me before you send your item back to check we have stock. You can do so by contacting Lisa at lote.75@outlook.com

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and an automatic refund email sent. Please note it could take 3-5 days for us to process your return from the date it reaches us.

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

What information do we ask for?

When placing an order and registering with us, we ask you to give us certain Personal Information.

We also ask that you provide a username and password in order for you to access your account.  When making a payment we require your payment method details.

What do we do with this information?

The information you give is used to receive and process your orders, to provide services and notify of any changes. If you have agreed when registering, we will use your email address to notify you of any promotions or offers.

Do we share any of your information?

We appreciate that this information is not available to the public and we do not store credit card details, nor do we rent, sell or share customer details with any third parties.

We use Shopify for our newsletters, who do not rent, sell or share the information we provide them with other third parties. You can access their Privacy Policy on their website. 

You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by letting us know at lote.75@outlook.com 

We may share information when required by law, government request or court order, if we feel necessary.

Cookies

These are small 'text files' that are sent to your comuter and stored in your web browser should you wish to visit our site again. They do not include personal information. We primarily use cookies to store your orders during each session, in order to ensure your experience is hassle-free. You can switch off cookies through your web browser, but this can cause problems should you wish to use our basket and order from our site.

Payment

We accept payment from credit and debit cards, or using a Paypal account. 

Credit and debit card transactions are handled through Shopify/Stripe. We accept all Meastro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards. 

You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment. Please note: We currently do not accept American Express.

Out of Stock

Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.
